Do you work on weekends?Yes, we do work on weekends as many people find the weekends a great time to get organised. We have session times available on every day of the week so there is sure to be a time/date to suit your schedule. What if I have a really messy house?What a great opportunity to roll the sleeves up and really get in there! We tackle all size jobs and are not easily surprised. Chances are we have seen it all before. The thing with clutter and mess is that it holds us back from doing what you really want to do in life, eg, you may not want to have friends over because you are embarrassed by your mess, or you may beat yourself up as a failure. The beauty of working with us is that not only do we assist you organise your house, we show you how to maintain it. By getting your life in order, you free yourself to live the life you want. How would that feel, what would that life look like, sound like? How much will it cost?We offer three levels of service for the residential market. Please email us or call to discuss the option that will work best for you. How do I know how long it will take to organise my room/house?This is a question that is hard to answer because the answer obviously depends on your individual situation. Call us to discuss your individual needs. We do provide quotes from home visits, webcam or photos. I don’t want to spend a lot of money but I am desperate to get organised. Finances are an issue though.Many clients find that 4 hours gives them a good opportunity to get started on one room. This gives us the time to discuss what your needs are and then sort and organise and put into place systems that will help you stay organised. You may find that this initial 4 hours is sufficient to get you started and you will then finish the job in your own time. Or you may decide to get us back at a later date. However many clients find that it is actually better to do big jobs in one go to ensure that it gets done. When considering the cost to get organised, ask yourself, “What is the cost to my family and to me financially, mentally, spiritually, and socially by staying disorganised?” We also help with cash generation ideas such as garage sales and ebay which you can then use to offset the professional organising cost. What if I don’t like your suggestions?We will work with you one-on-one to assist you get organised and develop strategies that will keep you organised. Whilst we may make suggestions on layout, decluttering, storage and/or systems, you maintain the control at all times of your space and documents. I’m embarrassed by what you might find.We haven’t been shocked yet! And we are the soul of discretion. What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas. Do you sell or share my personal details?We do not sell or share your details with anyone unless you state otherwise. We maintain a client database for our business use only.
